Bakery Style Streusel Muffins

3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp All purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp shortening
1 pkg Wild Blueberry muffin mix
1 cup water
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg

Heat oven to 425.  Line muffin tin with paper baking cups.  Mix sugar and flour.  Cut in shortening with fork, until mix resembles fine crumbs.  Drain blueberries, rinse and set aside.  Stir muffin mix, water, oil and egg in bowl.  Gently stir blueberries into batter.  Divide among muffin cups.  Sprinkle 1 1/2 tsp crumb mix over batter in cups.  Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
