I love to cook, but I get bored cooking the same things all the time. So, over the years I've collected quite a few recipes....and thrown away almost as many. These are the ones that made it through the taste tests.

Bean Soup *
8 cans of bean with juice; pinto, kidney, butter, northern (adapt to your preferences)
2 cans rotel, undrained
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 pound breakfast sausage, browned and drained
Combine all ingredients in LARGE crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
