Strawberry Pie

1 1/4 cups sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
1 pkg (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 quart fresh strawberries, halved
1 graham cracker crust

In saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.  Stir in water until smooth.  Boil.  Cook and stir fro 2 minutes.  Remove from heat.  Add gelatin and lemon juice; stir until dissolved.  Allow to cool; about 30 minutes.  Add strawberries and stir.  Spoon into crust.  Chill.
