White Chili

1 pound chicken, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups water
1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can whole kernel white corn
1 can chopped green chiles
1-2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp cumin

Saute chicken, onion, and garlic in oil.  Transfer to slow cooker.  Stir in rest.  Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.

Serves 8
