Quickie Chickie

1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 chicken breasts, cooked and chunked
1 cup chopped celery
2 onions, sliced and separated into rings
1 can mushrooms
2 Tbsp soy sauce

Heat oil.  Saute onions, celery, and mushrooms (with liquid) and soy sauce.  Add cooked chicken.  Cover skillet and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
