Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

2 pints mint chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened
1 pkg chocolate flavored pie crust
1 1/4 cups crushed mint oreos or thin mints
1 cup chocolate fudge topping

Spread 1 pint of ice cream into pie crust.  Sprinkle 1 cup of crushed cookies.  Cover and freeze for 1 hour.  Spread remaining ice cream over cookies.  Cover and freeze about 3 hours.  Let stand at room temperature about 10 minutes before cutting.  Serve with fudge topping.  Sprinkle with remaining cookies.
