I love to cook, but I get bored cooking the same things all the time. So, over the years I've collected quite a few recipes....and thrown away almost as many. These are the ones that made it through the taste tests.

Mexican Chicken Casserole
3 pounds chicken,. Cooked and cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup (8 oz) chicken broth
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can rotel
1 pkg Doritos
2 onions, chopped
Mix soups, broth, and rotel together.Layer in a large casserole dish:Doritos, soup mix, onions, chicken, and cheese.Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
