Honey Banana Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 – 1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (1-2 medium)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
6 Tbsp honey

In a bowl, combine flours, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt.  In another bowl, combine eggs, banana, applesauce, and honey.  Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.  Coat muffin cups with spray or paper cups and fill 2/3 full with batter.  Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes.
