Fried Rice

1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
4 cups cooked rice
3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten

In a skillet, sauté onion in butter.  Stir in rice, teriyaki, parsley, garlic powder and pepper.  Cook over medium low heat for 5 minutes.  Add egg, cook and stir until egg is set.

**This is a less salty version than fried rice that is made with soy sauce.
