Chicken Pot Pie

1 2/3 cups hot water
1 package stove top stuffing for chicken
3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen mixed veggies
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 375.  Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir until moistened.  Place chicken and veggies in 2 quart dish.  Mix soup and milk; pour over chicken.  Top with prepared stuffing.  Bake 30 minutes

Serves 6
