I love to cook, but I get bored cooking the same things all the time. So, over the years I've collected quite a few recipes....and thrown away almost as many. These are the ones that made it through the taste tests.

Chicken Pot Pie
1 2/3 cups hot water
1 package stove top stuffing for chicken
3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen mixed veggies
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 375.Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir until moistened.Place chicken and veggies in 2 quart dish.Mix soup and milk; pour over chicken.Top with prepared stuffing.Bake 30 minutes
