Creamy Chicken Casserole

4 cups cooked chopped chicken
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 stack ritz crackers, crushed
Hot cooked rice

Preheat oven to 350.  Place chicken in 9x13 pan.  Combine sour cream and soup.  Pour over chicken.  Sprinkle cracker crumbs over chicken mixture.  Melt butter and drizzle over the cracker crumbs.  Bake for 30-40 minutes or until crackers are browned and the mixture is bubbling.  Serve with steamed rice.
