Coffee Cake Muffins

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup olive oil

Combine brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon.  In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.  In another bowl, beat egg, milk, and oil; stir into dry ingredients.  Spoon 1 Tbsp of batter into paper lined muffin cups.  Top each with one teaspoon nut mixture and two Tbsp batter.  Sprinkle with rest of the nut mixture.  Bake at 400 for 22-24 minutes.

          Glaze

          1/2 cup powdered sugar
          1 Tbsp milk
          1 tsp vanilla

Drizzle cooked muffins with glaze.
