Potato and Beef Tortilla Skillet

1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
1 pkg au gratin potatoes
3 1/4 cup hot water
1 can mexicorn
1 cup shredded mexican cheese
1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips

Stir in potatoes, sauce mix and hot water to browned hamburger meat.  Heat to boiling; reduce heat.  Simmer uncovered about 17-18 minutes until potatoes are tender.  Stir in corn.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Cover and simmer 2-3 minutes without stirring until corn is hot and cheese is melted.  Sprinkle with chips.
