I love to cook, but I get bored cooking the same things all the time. So, over the years I've collected quite a few recipes....and thrown away almost as many. These are the ones that made it through the taste tests.

Chocolate Turtle Pie
1 graham cracker pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Caramel Ice Cream Topping
Preheat oven to 350.Combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk and butter.Stir in nuts and chips.Pour into pie crust.Bake 35-40 minutes.Cool.Serve at room temperature with caramel topping.
