Chewy Coconut Macaroons

2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp almond extract

In bowl, toss together the coconut, flour, and salt.  Stir in sweetened condensed milk and almond extract until blended.  (Mixture will be thick and sticky.)  Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets.  Bake at 300 for 18-22 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.  Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
